All orders must be accompanied by a clean, black & white camera-ready artwork. For multi-color imprint, color separated artwork must be furnished. If suitable art is not supplied, a fee of $45.00 per hour will be charge accordingly. We also accept artworks via e-mail at info@netpackbag.com. Please provide artwork in PC compatible format files in EPS, JPEG, TIFF, PDF, and Illustrator AI

Computerized Embroidery can be done on most of our bags. This process requires a Set-Up charge in addition to a Tape charge. The Tape and Running charge are dependent to the number of stitches. Only the Tape charge can be waived if the client supplies it. Up to 6 colors can be chosen and the actual embroidered logo must be larger than 0.5"(W) x 0.5"(H), also the font must be larger than size 14.

Free Paper-proofs are included in each order. Spec samples are available upon request; a fee of $50.00 for setup plus cost of product will be charge. Please allow 3 to 5 days for production of spec sample.

Please allow 5 to 10 working days for normal production. Rush orders are available; please contact our friendly customer service representative for availability and fees.

Blank or random samples are available upon request. All samples will be billed at end quantity price plus shipping cost. Please contact factory for rebate program on samples.

All shipments ship via ground service unless otherwise instructed. Factory will only guarantee shipping date and routing as instructed by customer. Netpackbag will not be responsible for courier's delay. If needed a Netpackbag's customer service rep will contact customer to get authorization for express delivery service to meet deadline.

Our factory is able to produce most bags and cases. Please contact us for products that are not feature in this website.

All orders must be confirmed in writing either by fax or by mail to ensure accuracy. Please indicate: 1. Product style number and color.

2. Quantity desired and price.

3. Require shipping date and in-hand date.

4. Imprint instructions.

5. Shipping instructions.

All claims must be submitted within 15 days from ship day of shipment and include a Netpackbag's return authorization number. Returns not due to a Net Pack Bag error incur a restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price plus any shipping costs.
